We want you to love your purchase. You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return an item. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a saleable state. Yes. Due to their unique nature, personalized items and custom jewelry are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Additionally, items that have been altered at your request (such as ring resizing or diamond upgrades) are final sale.

Creating a custom piece is a journey we take together. Typically, the process takes between 4 to 6 weeks from the initial consultation to the finished piece. This allows time for CAD design, 3D printing, casting, and hand-setting your stones.

Yes. We provide detailed appraisals for insurance purposes to ensure your jewelry is covered for its full replacement value. We recommend updating your appraisals every few years as the market price of gold and diamonds changes.
We recommend bringing your frequently worn jewelry (especially engagement rings) in for a professional cleaning and inspection at least every 6 months. We will check for loose prongs or wear and tear to prevent stone loss before it happens.
You may mail returns to our store at your own expense. We strongly require that you send merchandise via registered post and purchase insurance for the full value of the item, as we are not responsible for lost packages. Please insure the package arrives in a sturdy box with appropriate packing materials.
Yes, we offer gold and diamond buying services. If you have old jewelry you no longer wear, you can trade it in towards a new purchase or sell it for its scrap metal value. Bring your items in for an evaluation.
